New York Salsa Dance Classes: Salsa New York Style with Winsome

Classes focus on turn patterns and shines, with an emphasis on styling and technique. Winsome is skilled in teaching partner work for both men and women, shines and ladies' styling.

Classes are conducted in 8-week progressive cycles. In general, we do not admit new beginners after the second week of the Beginner 1 schedule.

• General Class Price: $12
• Packages: $84 for all 8 classes in a cycle. In case of 7-week cycles, package price will be $72.

About Classes

We do take walk-in students. However, our classes tend to fill up quickly due to great responses – especially for Beginners 1 & 2. To ensure your spot, please register by email. Registration opens 4 weeks prior to the start of the cycle. There is no charge or pre-payment to register. We will send you a reply email to confirm.

We will always try to accommodate everybody. However, we cannot guarantee a spot for those who in the past have registered but (1) did not show up and failed to inform us in advance; or (2) attended less than half the classes in the cycle.

Students are encouraged to come in comfortable attire and avoid shoes with rubber soles. Studio is well air-conditioned but be prepared to sweat once you get to work. After all it is a dance class and you will generate body heat!

Good hygiene is strongly emphasized.
